Barisic signs for South China

Andrew Barisic, who starred for Melbourne Knights since rejoining the club in July 2013, has signed a professional contract with Hong Kong first division side South China.
Barisic, 27, played 8 games for Melbourne Knights scoring 7 goals to ensure the club reached its first finals series in 5 years after securing 2nd spot on the 2013 VPL ladder.

Andrew has signed a contract till the end of May 2014 with South China who finished title winners in the 2012-2013 season.
Founded in 1910, South China play out of Hong Kong stadium and have won the Hong Kong first division an impressive 41 times. The club will also be playing off for an Asian Champions League spot and in the Asian Cup.

Melbourne Knights would like to thank Andrew and wish him all the best for the 2013-2014 campaign with South China.
