The Melbourne Knights Football Club hosted a sold-out Last Man Standing reverse raffle fundraiser on 14th of September, selling all 1,000 tickets and raising vital funds while uniting the Croatian community. The event, led by president Tony Topcic and the board, highlighted the club’s focus on community engagement and received strong support from Croatian football clubs, social groups, and individuals.
The day featured junior football tournaments with participation from sister clubs including St Albans Dinamo, North Geelong, Strathmore Split, and Dandenong City, showcasing talent and Croatian cultural spirit. Podroom TV kept the atmosphere lively as MCs, and the celebrations flowed into the evening, with many attendees heading to support Dandenong City in the NPL Grand Final.
Looking ahead, the Knights are building on this success with upcoming social events, including the Knight for a Cause Gala on 11th of October 2025.
