Brody Taylor joins MKFC for 2018

As we continue to strengthen our squad ahead of the 2018 NPL season, Melbourne Knights would like to welcome our newest signing, Brody Taylor.

We recently caught up with our most recent addition to the squad to see what he had to say about his latest venture, and what he’s looking forward to next year:

“When I received the call, I was over the moon.”

Brody, 21, a skilled midfielder from the Newcastle region of New South Wales, joins fellow Edgeworth Eagles teammate Ayden Brice, as the Newcastle duo look towards getting things done for Melbourne Knights next year.

“I am looking forward to playing with Ayden again, we have great combination when we are on the field; and know where & when we want the ball played. I’m also really looking forward to living in Melbourne.”

The 21 year old is keen to get accustomed to NPL Victoria, stating that it’s a league he’s admired from afar.

“I look forward to playing in this competitive competition, working hard and improving my skills – and scoring goals”, said Taylor.

We invite all Knights fans to give Brody a warm welcome to Somers Street, and extend our best wishes to him for the 2018 season.

Leading up to Christmas we will be announcing more player signings, keep an eye on all Melbourne Knights social media pages for the latest news from around the club.
