Melbourne Knights Football Club is delighted to announce our second mid-season signing, Teeboy Kamara from Nunawading City FC.
Kamara, 22, an electrifying winger is a former Australian Under 17 representative and is also the youngest player to make a debut in the A-League at only 15 years of age, appearing for South Australian outfit Adelaide United FC in the 2011-12 Hyundai A-league season.
On joining the Knights family, Kamara had this to say;
“It’s an honour to be joining such a prestigious club. The playing group has been very welcoming, and I can’t wait to get started here. Hopefully we can have a strong second half of the season and make a push for the finals.”
To date the Knights squad has seen the following changes:
IN: Andelo Svalina (from NK Solin, Croatia), Teeboy Kamara (from Nunawading City FC, Australia)
OUT: Caleb Mikulic (to FK Austria Wien, Austria), Louis Fenton (to Wellington Phoenix FC, New Zealand)
With the mid-season transfer window now officially opened since Monday the 28th May, Kamara will be available for selection for tomorrow night’s round 14 clash against Oakleigh Cannons FC alongside fellow newcomer Andelo Svalina.
For a chance to witness both new signings in action, be at Jack Edwards Reserve tomorrow night as we face off against Oakleigh Cannons FC in round 14 of the Victorian NPL.
Teeboy kamara is one of the footballer I ever met one thing I noticed about him despite the lossing or wining he still gives in his all till 90’s minutes
