This will be the sixth consecutive year that the club has partnered with I&D Group, and we are excited to have the now-iconic I&D logo adorning the front of our new Umbro game-day kits.
In 1986, Ivan Filipovic arrived in Australia from Croatia with a small suitcase and today his company, the I&D Group, is one of Victoria’s top three formwork businesses, working with large-scale building and construction companies on landmark projects across the state.
Established in 1994, Ivan and Kathy Filipovic started I&D Group with the vision of creating a safe and vibrant workplace for its employees, whilst also implementing a commitment-driven work ethic, with major focus on delivering projects on time and on budget for all of their clients – these positive qualities have since become the cornerstone of the company’s success.
Involved in numerous landmark projects across Victoria, I&D Group now employs over 700 staff, and is continuing to grow – whilst sharing the fruits of its success via an ever-increasing involvement with community-based organisations throughout Victoria.

Ivan Filipovic was awarded with the Ethnic Businessman of the Year award in 2014 in the Medium to Large Business category. He wants I&D to be the biggest company of its kind in Victoria and also has plans to branch out into building work.
