Melbourne Knights’ path to PlayStation 4 NPL Victoria glory was laid out on Thursday night, after Football Federation Victoria (FFV) released the 2015 fixtures for the upcoming season.
Andrew Marth’s men will kick off their campaign at home to newly-promoted Avondale Heights on Friday, February 20th at Knights Stadium, which will be the first of three consecutive home fixtures to start the new year.
The bulk of the Knights’ home fixtures during the front half of the season will take place on Friday night, before the back end of the home fixtures return to the more conventional time of 3PM on Sunday.
The boys from Somers Street enjoy their first away day of the season at sister club North Geelong Warriors on Saturday, March 7, and finish the season at home to Port Melbourne SC on Sunday, August 23.
The qualifying and semi final part of the finals series will take place during the period of August 28 through to September 6, with the 2015 PS4 NPL Victoria Grand Final scheduled for September 13.
